DANVILLE-CENTER TOWNSHIP PUBLIC LIBRARY

Rebrand

ABOUT

Danville-Center Township Public library was in need of a full rebrand. They asked ASH to collaborate with their team to design a new brand kit that represented both the history of the building, and the future it has.

Logo Before the Rebrand

The DCTPL’s starting logo was text-based, and had not been updated in a decade. They wanted to incorporate iconography to represent the Carnegie architectural design of the building, but also stand out amongst other libraries.

Initial Concepts

The ASH Team designed several initial concepts, focusing on a modern logo that incorporating the Library’s wishes.

Chosen Logo

DCTPL chose this logo from the initial concept sheet, but wanted to update the colors to reflect the town of Danville.

Final Brand Kit

The final logo design and updated colors and fonts were organized into a Brand Kit for the Library to use.

They wanted each of the five departments in the Library to have their own color so materials could be branded and patrons could easily identify the departments.
